Its vision ensures that no one leaves Bihar for education, employment, or healthcare. Rooted in the principles of education, equality, and entrepreneurship, the campaign draws inspiration from Bihar’s rich cultural and entrepreneurial heritage to unite people cutting across the caste and community lines to foster national development. Over 150,000 volunteers actively contribute through its various chapters. The campaign envisions an entrepreneurial revolution in Bihar, focusing on job creation within the state. It is building a supportive ecosystem for youth entering self-employment, start-ups, and enterprises. By 2028, it aims to establish five start-ups in each district, each generating 100+ jobs.
Addressing a packed audience at Bharat Mandapam, the chief patron of the campaign, a 2003 batch IPS officer Mr. Vikas Vaibhav delivered an inspiring speech emphasizing the need to transcend divisions and restore Bihar's historical and cultural legacy. Rejecting the narratives of fragmentation based on caste, community, and religion, he passionately declared, “Bihar needs to wake up from its deep slumber, break inertia and move away from the long state of stagnancy, believing in its inherent power and potential that at one point of time showed remarkable leadership to the world.” Vaibhav further asked the audience to be optimistic about the future of Bihar, also highlighting the importance of Artificial Intelligence which can play a crucial role in social transformation in the coming age. He rooted for establishing centres of excellence for Artificial Intelligence in different districts of Bihar, in the time to come. Vaibhav further noted that without rising above the different kinds of differences we have created in society, it is not possible to develop Bihar even by 2147, let alone by 2047, that we are dreaming of. He urged citizens to take ownership of nation-building, calling upon the audience to become agents of change and cordially take this campaign as their own campaign undertaking commitment to play their part in the socio-economic transformation of Bihar. Citing successful transformative efforts in Bagaha and Rohtas where he got to serve as the top cop of both districts, he attributed the socio-legal achievements to the communities embracing the grand vision of their ancestors. He called for an entrepreneurial revolution as the cornerstone of Bihar’s development and appealed for collective support. The electrified crowd joined him in chanting, “I will transform Bihar,” reaffirming their commitment to progress.
