Vaibhav Kaushik, inspired by the inefficiencies at CNG stations, co-founded Nawgati—a fuel-agnostic platform leveraging deep learning. This startup offers real-time congestion updates, empowering both fuel providers and consumers to make informed decisions, ultimately saving time and money.

Derived from Sanskrit, 'Nawgati' signifies 'navigation,' aligning with the company's mission to streamline fuelling processes. Their deep learning algorithms categorize vehicles, monitor SOPs, and conduct efficient asset utilization.

The platform, consisting of Aaveg (B2B) and Nawgati Fuelling App (B2C), provides a comprehensive solution. Aaveg connects to existing infrastructure, offering real-time insights into transit, waiting, and serving times. The Fuelling App enables users to discover fuel rates, availability, and wait times, promoting informed choices.

An edge controller device processes real-time data at outlets, offering insights into congestion, compliance, and operations. Aaveg's dashboard allows fuel providers to monitor metrics, customer satisfaction, and compliance effortlessly.

Automating operations with Aaveg enhances efficiency, reduces costs, and improves customer satisfaction. The subscription-based model, starting at Rs 5,000 per station per month, makes this technology accessible to fuel stations.

In addition to basic B2C features being free, Nawgati plans to introduce premium features. A congestion data API targeting fleet operators, set to launch by year-end, aims to minimize vehicle downtime.

Nawgati's innovative approach not only saves time and money but also transforms the fueling experience, making it efficient and customer-centric.
