An HR-turned-Author Jyoti Jha is a proud winner of several literary awards and accolades. Her books have garnered much appreciation from readers, prominent media houses, and the literary fraternity. She contributes to both Hindi and English literature. She has been recently conferred with the Honorary Doctorate from Universal Education University and has been selected for the literary honor ‘Vidya Vachaspati (Honorary Doctorate) from the esteemed Vikramsheela University.

Jyoti Jha is a woman of multifaceted attributes as she has donned multiple hats while being the lovely mother of a young kid. She has been a distinguished speaker at various IITs and IIMs along with being a TEDx Speaker at IIM Kashipur. She has also been an avid columnist whose columns have been published in reputed newspapers and magazines like The Daily Guardian and The Literary Mirror. She has also been an esteemed speaker at the Times LitFest and a panelist at Pune International Literature Festival. She has also been a Jury Member at Kashiyatra, IIT BHU. She has also conducted workshop on literary theme at the highly prestigious NIT Jalandhar.

Her Hindi book ‘Aanandi’ has created quite a buzz in the literary circuit, among prominent media houses, and has been widely appreciated by readers. The book has been adapted for Theatrical representation by Saimona Creation under Let’s Inspire Bihar led by the erudite leader, IPS Mr. Vikas Vaibhav. The book has also been made into an Audiobook by Pune-based Zankar Studios for Storytel. Apart from the translation of Dr. Biniwale’s literary masterpiece, ‘Iran- Paarashyaanche TeerthKshetra’, she is parallelly working on her next book on Autism, ‘Beyond Spectrum- Positive Parenting’ inspired by Mothers Touch Deoghar, and translation of the short story collection, ‘Chaubatiya’ from Angika to Hindi language, as a literary tribute to her father.
