The onset of the festival of sports in the form of the Asian Games and ICC World Cup has put us in a festive mood where every single day is a celebration for the common masses. Not only does it give us an excuse to escape from the monotony of our life but also gives us a golden chance to feel proud of the achievements of our sportspersons. The festive season is not going to end soon as other traditional festivals are also to commence in a few days. In this festive bonanza, we need to be more responsible as a citizen as it’s our prime duty to keep the festive mood intact along with understanding our role as a law-abiding citizens. We need to understand that we have to respect each, and every individual identity and our festive mood does not act as any deterrent in any way, and we celebrate it as peacefully as possible with our near and dear ones.
Considering these aspects, I feel immense pleasure in bringing the next edition of Today Magazine which is centrally focussed on creating a cohesive environment where every citizen of the country becomes an integral part of the development of our country.
