In a world grappling with environmental challenges, Naturekind, published by The Stories People (TSP), draws upon the timeless wisdom of ancient mythology to nurture a generation that respects and protects nature.

Written for children aged 6–12, the book brings together thoughtfully retold mythological stories in which animals, forests, rivers, and the Earth emerge as teachers of courage, compassion, balance, and responsibility. Each narrative retains its connection to its traditional source and concludes with a moral and engaging activities that encourage reflection, inquiry, and real-life connections. Simple line illustrations invite young readers to colour, imagine, and become co-creators of their storytelling experience, making it a unique book with unique experiences it brings along.

This is an age when minds are curious, hearts are receptive, and values begin to take root. It is my hope that Naturekind inspires empathy, deepens respect for the natural world, and nurtures a sense of responsibility towards the planet we are inheriting.

On a personal note, this book is very close to my heart. It is my humble attempt to pass on an enduring wisdom to the next generation: we are not owners of the Earth, but its caretakers.

Through the power of stories, Naturekind invites children, parents, and educators to begin a shared journey towards a kinder, more conscious relationship with nature.
