In the latest episode of Between Perspectives with Shri Vinay Patrale, a multi-faceted personality known for his contributions as an engineer, organizational leader, author, and social reformer in an inspiring conversation with Jyoti Jha; Award-Winning Bestselling Author, Columnist & TEDx Speaker discusses the organization's mission and the resounding success of the recently held 5th Rashtriya Adhiveshan (National Convention) in Pune.

The event was a significant milestone, hosting approximately 400 delegates from 28 states and 90 cities. Shri Vinay Patrale emphasized that the success was the result of meticulous planning that began in February, focusing on creating a disciplined and unified atmosphere among participants.

The convention featured prominent speakers. Dr. S. Somnath served as the chief guest, and Shri Vinay Patrale highlighted his humility and willingness to engage with attendees personally after his formal address. Additionally, Mr Ramodakar from the RSS delivered a session emphasising that the unity of India is an inherent part of the nation's culture, and that the organisation's role is to reveal this connectivity to the people.

Bharat Bharati acts as a platform to bridge diverse linguistic and cultural groups. While rooted in RSS ideology, he noted that their approach is more flexible, designed to attract upper-middle-class professionals and youth who may feel disconnected from traditional organizational structures.

The organization has made a concerted effort to boost female participation, grooming them to become proactive karyakartas (volunteers). Currently, women comprise about 30% of their base, and they are increasingly entrusted with leading programs and managing financial aspects of the organization.

Shri Vinay Patrale reflected on his transition from a professional management trainer to a "national motivational speaker." He emphasized that human potential is the most valuable asset in any organization, and his goal is to ignite a sense of national duty.

Looking toward the future, Bharat Bharati has announced its next convention in Jaipur for June 2027 and plans to establish a global presence to connect with the Indian diaspora.

The organization is actively working on several fronts, including:

l Celebrating the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel across 150 cities.

l Promoting the complete singing of the Vande Mataram anthem in schools and colleges.

l Advancing the Hind ki Chadar initiative to foster interfaith unity and respect for intellectual and spiritual traditions.
