A mother rebuilding her career through pursuit of passion, Jyoti Jha is an HR-turned-Author, who has weaved magic through the tapestry of words right from her HR insights to emotional realms. An MBA by qualification and having been associated with corporates like Infosys and Whirlpool, she took a long career break during which she globetrotted with her family and resided in the USA and UK for almost a decade. After returning to the comforts of home country, she found writing as her calling when she became a proud winner of ‘Times of India Write India Season 3’. Bifurcating her life before and after Write India, she ventured onto the path of discovering the writer in her and has successfully authored, edited, and translated several books in both English and Hindi. TEDx speaker, Speaker at IITs and IIMs, and literary events like 'Times LitFest' and ‘Pune International Literary Festival’, Jyoti’s books have garnered much appreciation from readers, prominent media houses, and the literary fraternity. She has been awarded 'Vidya Vachaspati' from Vikramsheela Hindi Vidyapeeth. IPS Vikas Vaibhav led campaign, ‘Let’s Inspire Bihar’ has appreciated her Hindi novella ‘Aanandi’ for the theme ‘Women Empowerment’ and several Theatrical Representations of the book have been conducted by Saimona Creation (Gujarat). Her translated literary piece of Hindi Sahitya Akademi Winner; Dr Avinash Biniwale, ‘Iran-Paarsiyon Ka Teerthkshetra’ (Marathi to Hindi) has been widely appreciated. Her soon-to-be-released translation ‘Chaubatiya’ by Dr. Shivchandra Jha (Angika to Hindi), is a literary tribute to her father. Her upcoming book 'Beyond Spectrum: Positive Parenting' on Autism Spectrum Disorder is under review with a major publication house in the country, and the Book Cover was launched at Bihar Hindi Sahitya Sammelan. Her columns, articles, and poems have been published in reputed media houses and international anthologies.
