Dr. Neha Bhatt is a multifaceted personality. She is a Research scholar, a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, and the Head of Research at Twin Win, a leading Edtech Brand in India.

Shedding a light on her inspiring journey, she opines; “My journey has been full of inspiring moments. I studied at a Hindi Medium School and then made my way to one of the finest Universities in India for my doctorate. My father Dr. Kamlesh Bhatt and Mother Kanak Bhatt played a pivotal role in my journey. Later I found my dream man in my husband Vaibhav Pande, who is a renowned public figure and a motivation and success coach. I think what made my journey a smooth ride was my interest in studies. I have always been an avid reader and a perfectionist. Initially, I faced difficulties in shifting gears from education in Hindi to English but with determination I did it. Also completing a Doctorate is a game of patience, I think I imbibed that quality from my Parents and hence came out with flying colours.”

Talking about her work description, Dr. Neha shared an interesting insight; “I joined my husband’s team as the Head of Research. My job is to create a curriculum for students, Corporates, and even cricketers in areas like Personality Development, Handling Failures, and Time Management. I even work on motivational videos as a Content and Research Head. The best part about my job is to research Content that can change the lives of people.”

It is interesting how even traditional degrees are opening creative job avenues for people. The only requirement is skill development. What makes Dr. Neha’s journey worth mentioning is her will to bring about a change in the lives of people.

Discussing the all-important question of work-life balance, Dr. Neha shares; “I think it is all a mind game. I have never taken Career and family as two different things. I am married in a joint family and have responsibilities as well. But my in-laws and my husband have been strong pillars of support. They consider the Career of the women of the family as important as the Career of the men of the family. My priority is always my family but if I have a work deadline, they all support me. My 4-year-old niece Gauri also tells everyone, ‘Chachi is working, everyone please switch off the tv’. That must be the attitude towards work of all of us.”

Dr. Neha is the epitome of hard work and dedication. When asked about lessons for women on success, she shares an interesting thing; “My mother-in-law, Mrs. Usha Pande, suffered a heart attack at the age of 65. She was lucky to survive. My husband then motivated her to fulfil all her dreams. As a result, she wrote a book and is now a published author. I think her will and determination made me stronger. I consider this episode as a life-changing example for all women who confine themselves to boundaries.”

Whenever we meet such inspiring personalities, we make it a point to understand their future goals. Dr. Neha is a firm believer in the fact; “The purpose of life is to lead a purposeful life. I wish to dedicate my life to the cause of nation-building. Through my research and Content, if youngsters can gain in their Careers or their personal lives that is the biggest return I want for my hard work. We often discuss the money we make; it is high time we discuss how many lives we can touch. Until and unless what we do doesn’t make a difference in the lives of people, I think the purpose of us living on this earth is not served.”

Understanding life sutras from Dr. Neha is not only motivating but also a learning experience. May she achieve even higher heights in life and through her work may many people succeed!
