An enormous social drive and a paramount of inspiration, Let’s Inspire Bihar is one such beacon of hope and inspiration that promises to reinstate the past glory of a region with illustrious history and distinctive heritage. More than half of its current population being the youth, and the glorious state having been an abode of culture, knowledge, power, and inspiration in the past, Blissful Bihar is in dire need of restoring the eminence of its gone-by era and establishing a safe haven for its people, within and outside the state. And when a virtuous, selfless, committed, powerhouse of knowledge, wisdom, and vision, appeals to a drive for change, people gather in a multitude with extensive enthusiasm.
An aura that positively inspires, a vision that strongly resonates, and a journey that continues undeterred, the epitome of inventiveness, integrity, and determination, IPS Vikas Vaibhav seamlessly motivates the spirit of the youth and people of Bihar all across. His call for change ‘Let’s Inspire Bihar’ has stirred the societal setup towards constructive change, and the passion, commitment, and willingness of people for a required transformation was clearly evident in their zealous participation in the recently held Chintan Shivir 2024 at ABC College of Education, Patna. To witness the manifestation of change for the state, to reckon with the resolution of the people of Bihar, wouldn’t one feel lucky to join in the Chintan Shivir? Driven by the power of the impactful leader and managed by the dedicated and efficient core team of Let’s Inspire Bihar, a huge turnout of chief coordinators of the campaign from various districts within Bihar and from outside the region, despite less favourable climatic conditions, was reason enough for people to believe in the trajectory of progress. Mid-June (15th and 16th) in its prime of summer warmth, couldn’t beat the fire in the will of determined people ready to mould the world into a better place. A heartwarming occasion where citizens ascended the mere formalities, bonded as family, and pondered over important issues that strengthen the objective of steering coveted change! When a popular people’s leader and a visionary, holds out a resolute mission of making Bihar a developed state by 2047 and exemplifies continued successful efforts in the past three years towards the goal, it is no less than a celebration that more than 90,000 Biharis have joined together on a single platform to envision a changed Bihar through Education, Entrepreneurship, and Egalitarianism. Conceived to create a roadmap for working on these pillars, the futuristic initiative and the momentous occasion emanated the radiance of hope in accordance with its vision and mission. Soaking in the positivity and motivation alongside more than two hundred and fifty Chief coordinators of all chapters of LIB (Lets Inspire Bihar) associated with the initiative, it has been a privilege for me to make it to the list of eminent changemakers who voluntarily hold the mast for a noble vision and purposeful mission under such expert guidance. Crucial aspects of development that charter and broaden the scope of work being done by the initiative in the field of education, social service, and self-employment marked the focal point of the two-day brainstorming camp. Widening the peripherals of the campaign’s objectives to effectively reach the core of society in villages and panchayats, is undeniably a symbol of progressive and farsighted intent.
While the surge of encouragement for participating members by the founder of the campaign, IPS Vikas Vaibhav, superseded the scorching heat of the summer, the assurance that Bihar has always been the pioneer and has prepared the ground for any large revolution in the country, certainly motivated the heaving hearts set towards pivotal transformation. Bihar has been the guiding light for the country and will continue to do so in the enlightenment of capable changemakers of the society, energetic and motivated youth, and optimistic people who deeply desire change, and who are ready to tap the genuine hope and make a successful effort towards the positive change that would lead to a glorious era of growth and development for Bihar and India. Is change possible? Yes, through willpower, grit, determination, and optimism, it has always been imaginable, conceivable, and achievable…and it will always remain so! ‘The moment of change is the only poem’.
