An All-India Nau Sainik Camp (AINSC-2025), an annual event for National Cadet Corps (NCC) Naval Wing Cadets, was held at INS Shivaji, Lonavala, from September 1 to 12, 2025. Cadets from various states participated in various competitions.

The annual prestige event by the NCC for Naval Wing cadets saw the participation of 17 Directorates across India, where the cadets' skills, physical and mental endurance, leadership, and naval knowledge were tested through various activities and competitions, including Seamanship, Boat Rigging, and Firing. The event was graced by senior dignitaries from INS Shivaji, officers, ANOs, and cadets from all 17 NCC Directorates. The event was enriched with insightful lectures delivered by the Associate NCC Officers on topics like Naval Operations, Artificial Intelligence in naval operations, and firefighting on warships etc. The closing ceremony included a cultural program showcasing the unity and spirit of the nation's youth, resonating with the NCC ethos of Unity & Discipline and National Integration. The prize distribution ceremony acknowledged the competence & perseverance of all Cadets who toiled with grit and determination during the conduct of various competitions. 

Whereas the event culminated with Maharashtra Directorate emerging as the winner of the overall championship, there was an enthusiastic participation and brilliant performance by Bihar and Jharkhand Directorate. The Cadets of Bihar and Jharkhand Directorate bagged the Gold Medal in Seamanship, claiming First Position. A Girl Cadet from the Directorate received a Gold Medal in the Rigging Competition. The Cadets were headed and supervised by Sub Lieutenant, NCC Naval Wing, Dr. Archana Tripathy. Dr Archana Tripathy is also a Writer, Poet, and the Chief Coordinator- Patna, Literary Chapter (IPS Vikas Vaibhav-led Campaign Let’s Inspire Bihar’s Literary Chapter). She expressed her excitement and gratitude towards the enthusiastic participation and representation of the Bihar and Jharkhand Directorate at the prestigious event. She believes that while Literature is a source of enrichment for the youth, the youth should also be a part of NCC to nurture and develop an overall personality.
