JELC 6 organised on 10th November 2024 at India International Centre, New Delhi. Jashn Events Literature Carnival in the series of its events by Jashn Events, transformed the venue into a confluence of creative writers, poets, energetic journalists, committed filmmakers, and actors in front of an enthusiastic audience. The event was inaugurated by Chief Guest, Dr. Sandeep Marwah (Founder - Chairman AAFT and Marwah Studio), Seema Saxena (MD; Jashn Events) & Amit Saxena (Co-Founder; Jashn Events).
Mr. Sandeep Marwah appreciated the efforts of team Jashn to promote literature during this event.
Jashn events promote books and authors and give upcoming authors and poets an opportunity to meet famous authors, editors, and publishers and learn how to share their work with a large number of readers and promote it.
JELC welcomed more than 15 writers and some poets from different states of India. 4 books were released, which include ‘Gandhi and The London Cabby’ by Ashis Dutta, ‘What is Consciousness’ by Ashish Roy, ‘Laments from the Abyss’ by Nehal Dwivedi & ‘One Thousand Days’ by Rajiv Mathur. Book discussions, poetry reading, talk shows, book reading, book signings, and book displays were conducted in the presence of a good number of spectators and readers. The event was attended by special guest Shivani Sharma Singh (Mrs. Asia Pacific Exclusive International),
Mr. Arup Bose from Srishti Publisher & Distributor along with some eminent personalities attended the event.
The event was graced by prominent literary figures of India, including Ashis Dutta, Ashish Roy, Nehal Dwivedi, Chetna Shridhar, Nupur Luthra, Dr. Saroj Dubey, and Rajiv Mathur. Prominent writers and editors, such as Himanshu Rai, Kamini Kusum, Kajal Kapur, Ajitabha Bose, and Tanmay Dubey, participated in various book talk sessions as moderators at the event.
Their participation added a touch of prestige and inspiration, setting the perfect tone for a day dedicated to the beauty of storytelling. This one-of-its-kind festival in the field of literature has witnessed an overwhelming response from the participants in various sessions. Students from Galgotias University participated in Open Mic. There were a good number of poets and readers who enthusiastically participated in storytelling and poetry recitation & games . The program was conducted brilliantly by anchors. With this unique celebration of books and authors by Jashn Events, the city of Delhi has once again emerged as an important venue for literary festivals.
