Born in Nagpur, Shri Vinay Patrale holds degrees in mechanical engineering and cost accountancy. Influenced by the 1990 Ram Janmabhoomi movement, he left his professional career to become a full-time social worker (Pracharak) for the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), dedicating 21 years to social organization work in Gujarat and Maharashtra.

Shri Vinay Patrale established Bharat Bharati to foster national integration and harmony (Harmony in Diversity). The organization works to bridge cultural and linguistic gaps by uniting people from different regions of India through shared values and cultural consciousness.

He emphasizes that youth possess immense energy that can be channeled positively toward nation-building. Through initiatives like the 'One Week for the Nation' program and social theme-based street plays, he encourages young people to move beyond personal career goals to contribute to societal welfare. A prolific author of nine books, including 'Bhagwad Geeta Sabke Liye', he views literature as a vital tool for character building and social education, advocating for its inclusion in formal curricula.

Inspired by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, his organization Ignited Minds focuses on leadership and management training, aiming to ignite the latent potential within professionals and students alike. He cautions against excessive dependency on technology and social media, stressing that while technology is inevitable, it should be used in proper proportion so that it serves us rather than controlling us. Shri Vinay Patrale discussed the upcoming 5th National Convention of Bharat Bharati in Pune. The event aims to bring together delegates from 26 states, serving as a significant milestone for national integration and the expansion of the organization's reach.
