In my contemplations today,
there are knots and knots of agitations.
The helplessness tries to untangle them,
but I feel getting more and more trapped in the mess.
A hollow hope heaves like an empty bowl's echo in my jaded chest.
A dilemma of a thought makes ripples,
An undropped tear screams and then goes mute.
This unrest, this uneasiness enervates my pale breaths,
I stare at a shadow; its lingering darkness wraps my sad eyes.
Layers of emotions like waves undulate,
I plunge and find a wrecked vessel which haunts me in a night as this.
My desires languish in desolation like an abandoned temple in a deserted town.
I ask a shining star about my lost sky,
It looks the other way and hides itself behind an arrogant cloud.
