Ashneer Grover, known for his candid and no-nonsense approach, garnered widespread attention during his appearance as an investor on Shark Tank India. While he amassed a significant fan base, his unabashed demeanor also earned him some detractors. Nonetheless, this outspoken entrepreneur frequently regales us with intriguing anecdotes, and one of the most memorable involves Bollywood superstar Salman Khan.

In a recent podcast interview, Ashneer shared an incident from the past when he had the opportunity to meet Salman Khan in connection with a sponsored advertising shoot. Before the shoot commenced, Ashneer sat down with Salman for a three-hour briefing about the company's objectives. However, during this meeting, Salman's manager conveyed that he would not be taking a photo with Ashneer, citing concerns that it might upset the star. In response, Ashneer's retort was unambiguous and candid: "I told him, I won't take a picture; you can go to hell."

Ashneer also lauded Salman Khan for his acumen in both business and branding. He emphasized that despite common misconceptions about the actor, Salman Khan possesses genuine intelligence, a deep understanding of the business world, and a clear vision for his brand.

Recalling their collaboration on an advertisement, Ashneer disclosed Salman's explicit request to portray him as a larger-than-life figure. Salman cited his previous experience with the film "Tubelight," which depicted him as an unintelligent character, resulting in a lackluster audience reception and the film's commercial failure.

In other news, Salman Khan is gearing up for his next big project, "Tiger 3," where he will share the screen with Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi. The eagerly anticipated film is slated for a theatrical release on November 12th of this year.
